This is designed to reduce the line-up in the store and to encourage customers to reserve online before coming to the store and increase the number of transactions done online. The application is also designed to provide content on the equipment with pictures, specifications and even videos. It improves customer satisfaction and position the rental companies as a central source of reliable information.
