Se redujo sustancialmente la carga de trabajo del Departamento de Rentas, se han agilizado dramáticamente las tareas de facturación y posterior cobro y hemos recibido excelentes comentarios de nuestros clientes desde que Sirius fue implementado.
Anteriormente el cierre mensual de facturación tomaba un promedio de 1 a 2 semanas luego de haber acabado el mes, con Sirius hemos logrado llevarlo a cabo exactamente el último día de cada mes, logrando así un mejor desempeño en el posterior cierre contable.
Nuestra flota de equipos de renta ahora se encuentra en óptimas condiciones gracias al módulo de Mantenimiento Preventivo de Sirius, el cual ha sido clave para una mejor organización del Departamento de Servicio y Mantenimiento de Flota.
Recomiendo ampliamente el software Sirius y a toda la organización que lo respalda (Orion Software) ya que es una excelente solución costo-efectiva en el negocio de rentas. "Implementation was practical, fast and efficient. The technical training is excellent, all our doubts and questions were clarified and answered to our satisfaction. The entire system was installed remotely in a single day and the response times of the Support Department have been excellent.
With this software we have improved our response times, streamlined the administrative process and it definitely helped us make the process of construction equipment rental efficient and effective.
It substantially reduced the workload of the Department of Revenue, by dramatically streamlining billing tasks and subsequent recovery. We have received excellent feedback from our customers since Sirius was implemented.
Prior to billing the monthly closing took an average of 1 to 2 weeks. After finishing the month with Sirius we carry billing out exactly the last day of each month, thus achieving better performance in the subsequent accounting period.

I am happy to share my thoughts about Sirius Pro and the benefit it is providing to Protec Equipment Resources. As you know, our previous software that was used for inventory management was a self-developed program that had value in many ways, but was nowhere near as comprehensive as Sirius Pro. Previously, we would need to pull data from spreadsheets and manually massage it to get useful information out of it. We now can do it within the software itself. The ability to calculate depreciation and an accurate inventory value, net ROI at an item code level or at a specific serialized asset level will pay off huge for us! This allows us to better determine what the best units are for us to add to our fleet.
