b.      ID-Scan

ID-Scan* is an easy-to-use accessory that scans driver's licenses and reads all the information including bar codes and magnetic strips. The ID-Scan device adds security to your organization by ensuring accurate client information.

How does it work? ID-Scan extracts the image on the identification card as well as the relevant text and arranges it directly into the appropriate fields of the customer file. Simply scan the driver’s license (or other ID) and the photo, name, address, city, and zip/postal code are automatically entered into the customer database. The extracted image and data can be saved to a file or exported to any other application including e-mail, FTP and web.

Let ID-Scan increase productivity, add security and reduce human error by automating the archiving process. This small USB scanner is powerful yet simple to use. With an additional splitter option, the ID-Scan can be used by two computers at once. Pictures are also integrated with your equipment inventory. Having pictures of your entire inventory on the database is an effective tool for training new employees. The photo-library can be used to increase sales by giving you the ability to show clients your product in action. d.      Coupon Printer

Saving expensive forms with the use of our coupon printer! For quick sales or rental transactions, print customer invoices on a coupon printer. At an average cost of $0.10 per pre-printed form, there are potentially hundreds if not thousands of dollars of savings per year, every year.  

SiriusPro will print all relevant information on the coupon. Re-printing on a larger form (8.5 x 11) is also available. While Sirius comes equipped with over 100 different reporting and analysis options, we understand that you may require a report that is more tailored to your needs.

e.      Laser Forms

Pre-printed customer forms such as contracts and invoices could cost your company thousands of dollars. SiriusPro will merge with your logo, add frames and create a complete and professional form using only regular paper. You can use blank or colour paper with warranty or contract terms pre-printed on the back.

If you want to easily differentiate copies (merchant, customer, delivery) Sirius will print multiple copies of each form on different printer trays. Simply insert your colour paper in each of these trays, keep a white copy for your files, a blue one for delivery, and a yellow invoice to send to your customer!

f.        Bar Codes

Bar codes are used to accelerate data entry and to improve accuracy. For high transaction volume or for transactions containing multiple pages of items, bar codes are a must. Sirius reads, prints, scans, and manages bar codes. SiriusProvides all the tools necessary to efficiently manage the numerous processes of your rental business and maintains a complete, detailed history of everything that is entered including quotes, contracts, invoices, purchase orders and receipts.

Seagate’s Crystal Report can directly access Sirius data. Sirius is based on an open architecture – your data is not locked or encrypted. And because Crystal allows you to generate all desired reports on site, by your own staff, you can customize each report as needed without the added expense of external development.
