c.       Preventive Maintenance

Increase your equipment usage and reduce downtime with the Preventive Maintenance module. Preventive Maintenance enables you to manage maintenance schedules, assign and track staffing, automatically create itemized work orders and maintain a detailed history of all maintenance activities. Our intuitive maintenance module automates your repair and upkeep processes and even sends a maintenance reminder based on projected equipment usage.

d.      Shipping

With the shipping module you can create shipping labels directly on the transaction screen. Connect to any federal postal service to generate and print shipping labels. The shipping module will print a profit margin report and retrieve contracts from the tracking number.

e.      Service Management

The Service Management Module is an integrated solution designed to manage your all services efficiency. You can manage deliveries and pick-up, allocate staff to transactions or work orders and keep track of staff timetables. Access the Staff Allocation panel and view staff availability and automatically send status e-mails with daily or weekly staff schedules.

f.        Archiving

The Archiving Module allows you to archive old transactions in a separate database to quickly and efficiently access former transactions. Archiving allows you to file quotes, customer orders, reservations, and contracts from a selected date. Access the Archived transactions through a new option in your History Menu called Archive.

g.       Multi-Location

Our Multi-location module will instantly connect you to multiple branch offices or warehouses. Remote branches can connect to a central server, enabling you to book jobs, quotes, staff and even run reports by location. Multi-Location enables precise and real-time location of all items for both rented and in-stock inventory. Benefit from efficient delivery management and reduced delivery costs. 

Availability calendar in serialized item management, contract management and delivery slip screens.

New table of on-hand items are created and attached to serialized items. 

Default location is set and can be changed upon item return.
